Why I Joined the Digital Workplace™ Community
I joined the Digital Workplace™ community because true transformation is built on discipline, not tools. DWP introduces a trusted maturity standard that helps organisations validate capability, strengthen governance, and scale consistent ways of working across complex delivery environments.
My Perspective on the Digital Workplace™ Framework
It closes the gap between strategy and execution by linking governance, behaviours, and enabling technology into one maturity model. What I value most is its practicality: validated evidence leaders can rely on, benchmark context that clarifies priorities, and a structured improvement cycle that turns maturity insight into consistent delivery
