About Robert
Robert Grys is a BIM and digital construction leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, including the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Lusail City, and Doha Metro.
He has contributed to the development of ISO 19650-compliant BIM standards, training programs, and implementation strategies.
He currently serves as Advisor – BIM & Digital Engineering at the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) of Qatar, leading efforts to establish a national BIM framework and digital ecosystem for sustainable infrastructure. His work focuses on bridging strategy, governance, and technology to enable measurable digital maturity.
