Why I Joined the Digital Workplace™ Community
I believe workplace maturity must be measurable, human-centric, and grounded in evidence. This ecosystem brings together leaders shaping the future of work, and I’m proud to contribute to a standard that elevates trust, alignment, digital capability, and responsible technology adoption.
My Perspective on the Digital Workplace™ Framework
“The framework fills a critical gap by providing an evidence-based, transparent maturity model organizations can trust. Its balanced focus on people, digital capability, and measurable outcomes moves maturity from aspiration to accountability.”
